Made with ASTM F-136 titanium, this threadless top piece has a bezel-set, 3mm amethyst gem connected to a dangling, 4mm, marquise amethyst gem. Full design measures about 11.4mm x 3.5mm. This top has a threadless design and fits most threadless posts. Sold individually (top piece only).
