At Urbanbodyjewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, we can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are still in their original, unopened vacuum-sealed bags, as we cannot accept returns on jewelry that has been removed from its packaging for sanitary reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the unopened items in a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your package back to us using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
