Made with ASTM F-136 titanium, this threadless top piece has a bezel-set, 3mm blue topaz gem with an attached, dangling, 4mm, marquise blue topaz gem. Full design measures about 11.4mm x 3.5mm. This top has a threadless design and fits most threadless posts. Sold individually (top piece only).
